After inspection, a refund will be issued for the product cost. Credit or refund excludes shipping & handling charges.

Please note that all returns will be subject to a 15% restoking fee. However, your satisfaction is our main goal, and we want to provide you with a hassle-free return.

In the rare event that your returned item is damaged or missing parts, our customer service team will carefully evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis. 

We may have to retain an additional amount to cover losses on top of restocking fees, but rest assured we are committed to finding fair solutions.
